There are stages of spiritual growth just as there are stages of our physical growth. Learning the different stages of my spiritual growth helps me to see where I've come from and where I need to go. This journey is a mission. It is not a vacation. This journey is a passion that needs to be greater than any passion I have. Understanding this has helped me assess my spiritual maturity.
I covered up some of the journaling with my embellishments, so this is what it says if you can't read it: The Spiritually Dead, The Spiritual Infant, The Spiritual Child, The Spiritual Young adult and The Spiritual Parent. The journaling around the bottom are this weeks scriptures: Phil 2:3-4, Eph 6:19-20, I Peter 2:2-3, I Thess 2:20-12, I Tim 1:1-2, Philemon 1:8-11, I Jn 2:12-13, Phil 2:3-4, Rom 12:10-13, I Jn 3:16-18.
I used Slate as the 6 x 6 cardstock base and the La Belle Vie paper pack. I used a variation of pattern # 12 from "Make it From Your Heart" pattern book because I loved the focal journal spot. Embellished simply with Tapestry Velvet rub-ons, Slate Mini-Medley Accent Collection and Black Tulle Ribbon. I cut the lettering and the shape using the Artiste Cricut Cartridge.
